Flush does not guarantee outcomes. It provides signals, not final decisions.

3. User Decision Model

All actions in Flush follow a user-confirmation model:

• nothing is deleted automatically
• nothing is modified silently
• nothing is executed without your input

You are fully responsible for:

• reviewing suggestions
• confirming deletions
• managing your own backups

We do not restore deleted content.

4. Who Can Use Flush

You may use Flush only if:

• you are legally allowed to enter agreements in your region
• you are at least the minimum required age (commonly 13+)

If required by law, a parent or guardian must be involved.

5. What You Agree NOT to Do

You agree not to:

Flush is not a cybersecurity tool, repair service, or certified diagnostic system.

8. Email Check Feature

If you choose to check an email:

• the check is based on external public data sources
• results depend on availability and accuracy of those sources

We do not guarantee detection of all breaches.

9. Paid Features and Billing

Some features may require a subscription.

Key points:

• billing is handled by the app store (e.g., Apple)
• subscriptions may renew automatically
• cancellation must be done through your store account

We do not store payment card data.

10. App Changes

Flush may evolve over time.

We may:

• add or remove features
• change functionality
• update performance behavior

We are not required to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

11. Ownership
